SAUNA

Here in Latvia sauna has a special meaning. Sauna is a source of strength and health. In line with authentic traditions we have created a special sauna ritual or session where you will experience pampering through 3 hours session that includes warm up in sauna, special treatment with home-made body scrubs, honey mask and massage. Enjoy authentic Latvian sauna ritual at Riverside villa with sauna master or rent sauna and enjoy it by yourself. (sauna ritual with sauna master – 110 EUR (3h session with herbal sauna tea, sauna warm-up, special body scrub, honey mask and massage, available only for woman), or rent sauna and enjoy it by yourself – 50 EUR)

BREAKFAST

The owner of Riverside villa is also a professional cook, therefore feel free to order tasty breakfast that will be made in accordance with your diet or special requests. Enjoy tasty pancakes, scrambled eggs with vegetables or dessert made of fresh fruits. Breakfast adults and children over 6 years of age – 12 EUR per person, children under 6 free of charge.

BEACH, HORSE RIDES AND SOVIET BUNKERS

Take 12 minutes walk from Riverside villa and find yourself at a beautiful beach of the Baltic Sea. Enjoy horse riding at nearby horse stable “IRISS” or take a walk around Mangalsala experiencing history of World War II by experiencing.

Soviet time army bunkers located all around the pine forest. The Pier of Mangalsala will give you unique experience and amazing view if you go there during sunset.

PRIVATE BEACH

You can enjoy a private beach by river Vecdaugava that is located in the territory of Riverside Villa. Nice sandy beach where you can take a swim or just relax and catch the sunburn.

PLAYGROUND

We have four children therefore we know that “happy kids are happy parents”! There is a playground located in the yard with swings, sand box, toys, kitchen, plates and everything to keep your children busy. You will find also games, toys and books for children also inside of villa. We offer baby cot and high chair as well as private sandy beach where you can relax while children can make sand castles.

Riverside villa has a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, oven, microwave, stove, small refrigerator, plates, glasses, pots, frying pans and everything you might need for cooking.

For your convenience you have available WI-FI free of charge in the villa as well as all around the territory.

BIKES, SUP AND A BOAT

You can rent bikes, SUPs or a boat at Riverside villa and enjoy a ride to the beach or around beautiful forest or take a boat to watch river birds – ducks and swans- or amazing sunset! Bakes and SUP – 1 hour – 10 EUR, 2 hours 12 EUR, 3 hours- 15 EUR.
